When Lisen was about 4 years old my sister looked for a nice male dog she could have some puppies with. We all thought that Lisen would make a great mother and that she would enjoy having puppies.

Early morning on May 24th 2005 Lisen had 12 puppies, one did not make it. I had to drive her (my mum, sister and two friends) to a vet station in the middle of the night because Lisen had contractions for a few hours and the puppies just didn't want to come out. At first the vet gave her som injections so that maybe she could deliver on her own but it didn't work. We were all so nervous! Finally the vet came out and told us the puppies had arrived, however she didn't tell us there were 12 of them! It was quite a chock!

It took Lisen 24 hours before she realized what had happened and that she now was a mum. But as soon as she did she became the best mum ever!
